Role Overview
This full-time, onsite position at Crowncraft Beauty Salon entails delivering a variety of beauty services including haircuts, styling, and treatments; nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, and enhancements; along with esthetician services comprising facials, waxing, skin care treatments, and product recommendations. Daily responsibilities include client consultations, practicing hygienic and safe service delivery, maintaining cleanliness of the workstation, managing appointments, and promoting a constructive and professional salon environment. The role further involves developing robust client relationships, addressing feedback, and collaborating with team members to ensure consistent quality experiences.
Requirements
- Proficient skills in hair styling, cutting, and care.
- Comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology and beauty care techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, client consultation abilities, and attentive customer service.
- Possession of a certification or diploma in cosmetology or related disciplines is preferred.
- Experience in a salon setting and thorough understanding of hygiene and safety protocols are advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, maintain professionalism, and collaborate within a team.
- Comfortable working with diverse customer profiles and eager to learn new beauty methods and procedures.
