Role Overview

The Gym Manager position at Atmos Fitness, located in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, involves spearheading daily operations, managing trainers and staff, and driving revenue through membership sales. The role demands leadership and a strong sales focus to deliver exceptional member experiences while meeting financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to increase memberships, personal training sales, and renewals, achieving and surpassing monthly revenue targets.
• Manage marketing initiatives, follow up on leads, convert walk-ins, and encourage member referrals.
• Collaborate with management to devise promotional campaigns and membership packages.
• Supervise, guide, and assess gym trainers and front desk personnel, ensuring excellent service delivery.
• Conduct regular floor inspections to confirm trainers are actively engaging with members and enforcing safety and proper training practices.
• Organize staff scheduling, monitor attendance, and improve trainer performance related to personal training conversions.
• Ensure the gym environment is clean, hygienic, and operates smoothly each day.
• Perform routine equipment checks and arrange for maintenance or repairs as needed.
• Respond promptly to member inquiries, feedback, and complaints to uphold high retention and satisfaction levels.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Between 2 to 4 years of experience in managing gyms, fitness centers, or sales roles within the fitness or hospitality sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and expanding business.
• Effective team leadership skills, with experience managing trainers and support staff.
• Strong communication skills in English and either Hindi or Telugu.
• Proficiency in gym management software, Microsoft Excel, POS systems, and CRM tools.
