Gutter Installer with $1500 Sign-On Bonus and Verifiable Experience

About the Role

TruTeam is seeking an experienced gutter installer to join a well-established, industry-leading organization focused on energy-efficient insulation and building material solutions. What You’ll Do

You will handle the installation of company products in line with the work order, manufacturer instructions, quality expectations, and safety standards. Products may include insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors, shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap, and other items sold by the company.

• Check the daily schedule and make sure the truck is stocked with the correct materials, tools, and equipment.
• Carry out vehicle safety checks and inspect job sites before work begins.
• Unload materials safely and stage them properly at the work location.
• Escalate any concerns related to safety, customer service, or product quality.
• Support warehouse tasks when needed.
• Take on additional duties or assignments as directed.

Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• A valid driver’s license is required if you will be driving for company business.
• This is a safety-sensitive position.

Travel and Physical Demands

Local travel is required, including daily trips to job sites. Out-of-town travel may also be necessary depending on business needs. The role involves extended periods of standing and repeated bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. You should have strong hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and physical strength. Lifting requirements may reach up to 50 pounds depending on the work assigned.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $13.00 to $30.00 per hour. Final base pay will depend on experience and other job-related factors. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered for candidates with verifiable experience.
