About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic Gujarati-speaking Telesales Executives for Matrimony.com to manage outbound sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for explaining matrimony services to potential customers, converting leads into confirmed sales, and keeping detailed records of customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote matrimony services.
- Successfully convert sales leads by achieving assigned sales targets.
- Maintain systematic follow-ups with customers and ensure accurate documentation of sales activities.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: 12th grade pass.
- Fluency in Gujarati language is essential.
- Strong communication skills are required to effectively engage with clients.
- Open to both freshers and candidates with prior experience.
Additional Information
- Working hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
- Weekly off: Sundays are fixed off days.
