Role Description

• Maintain cleanliness and ensure all guest units are fully stocked, adhering to Four Seasons’ procedures and quality standards.
• Perform cleaning duties following Four Seasons’ housekeeping protocols.
• Observe safety guidelines, fire regulations, and departmental policies diligently.
• Comply with the workplace conduct and rules as outlined in EmPact.
• Complete assignments from the Housekeeping Department using the required keys, tools, and supplies.
• Dispose of garbage and recyclable waste appropriately in designated service bins.
• Report any repairs, maintenance needs, or damages to Housekeeping promptly.
• Inform Security and Housekeeping about any items found in vacated rooms.
• Maintain a neat appearance by wearing the prescribed uniform properly at all times.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Experience working in housekeeping within a luxury hotel setting is advantageous.
• Ability to cooperate professionally and harmoniously with supervisors and colleagues.
• Must have complete schedule flexibility including availability on weekends, public holidays, and daytime shifts.
• Capability to stand for extended time periods during work.
• Strong communication abilities.
