Overview
Grand Hyatt Doha is looking for a Guest Services Officer to join the Rooms Division. The role is centered on delivering consistently high-quality service and ensuring the Front Office operates smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Provide guests with service that is both dependable and consistently of a high standard.
- Support the smooth day-to-day functioning of the Reception area within the Rooms Division.
- Offer personalized, attentive, and intuitive guest care in line with Hyatt’s service philosophy.
- Address guest feedback, concerns, and complaints with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
Qualification & Experience
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a closely related field is required.
- Prior exposure of around 1–2 years in Front Office or Guest Services at a luxury hotel is preferred.
- Strong English communication skills are essential; knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
- Applicants should have excellent interpersonal skills and a guest-focused approach.
- A polished appearance and professional conduct aligned with hotel grooming standards are expected.
- Familiarity with Opera PMS or comparable hotel systems, along with basic Microsoft Office ability, is needed.
- Candidates must be able to handle service issues and recover guest satisfaction effectively.
