Guest Service Officer - Concierge

Role overview

Park Hyatt Doha, a refined 5-star luxury property in Msheireb Downtown, is looking for a polite, well-informed, and proactive Guest Service Officer – Concierge to strengthen its Front Office team.

In this position, you will act as a main contact point for guests, providing individualized support, sharing thoughtful recommendations, and helping ensure that every stay is seamless, memorable, and of a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for guests requiring concierge and front office assistance.
• Provide personalized recommendations and support tailored to guest needs.
• Help create a smooth, welcoming, and exceptional guest experience throughout the stay.

Requirements

• Prior experience in concierge, guest services, or front office work in a 5-star hotel is strongly preferred.
• Comfort using property management and guest service platforms such as Opera and HotSOS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, along with strong people skills.
• Good knowledge of Doha’s restaurants, entertainment options, and cultural attractions.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay composed in a busy environment.
• Strong command of English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic or another language is an added advantage.
