Role Summary

This front office role is focused on creating a stay that feels smooth, welcoming, and memorable for every guest. Rather than handling check-in and check-out as routine tasks, the position is centered on delivering thoughtful guest experiences, stepping in where needed, and helping guests make the most of their time at the property and in the local area.

The position is based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, and is a full-time, non-management role that is not remote.

What You’ll Do

  • Support guests throughout their stay by handling a variety of front office and guest service needs.
  • Manage operational tasks such as processing requests, preparing reports, and assisting with day-to-day service requirements.
  • Provide useful information about the local area and help shape a more personalized guest experience.
  • Respond promptly to guest needs and take initiative to resolve issues in a hands-on way.
  • Contribute to a safe, organized, and professional workplace while following established standards and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and uphold quality expectations in every interaction.
  • Present a polished appearance and communicate professionally at all times.
  • Remain actively mobile during shifts, including standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods, and be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or an equivalent GED qualification.
  • No prior related work experience is required.
  • No supervisory background is needed.
  • No license or certification is necessary for this role.
