Role overview

This position is focused on delivering a memorable dining experience through attentive, hands-on service. The role supports guests throughout the meal journey by helping set up service areas, coordinating with the kitchen, serving guests, and keeping work areas clean and organized.

What you’ll do

You will help make each meal feel smooth, welcoming, and well-timed by contributing to both guest service and day-to-day restaurant operations. The role also requires following brand standards, maintaining a professional presence, and supporting a safe and efficient workplace.

  • Prepare tables and service areas for guest arrivals.
  • Coordinate with kitchen teams to keep service moving efficiently.
  • Interact with guests and provide food and beverage service.
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and supplies.
  • Follow company procedures, quality expectations, and safety practices.
  • Present yourself professionally in uniform, appearance, and communication.
  • Perform physically active duties such as standing, walking, bending, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and reaching as needed.
  • Complete other reasonable duties assigned to support the team and guests.

Work expectations

Requirements

Physical and operational demands

  • Ability to stay on your feet for extended periods.
  • Comfort working on sloped, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
  • Ability to read and verify menu details visually.
  • Capability to move, lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 25 pounds without help and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, stooping, and pulling.
