Job Description

• Maintain clean, hygienic, and safe environments throughout the hotel to ensure high guest satisfaction and contribute to organizational profitability.
• Consistently uphold impeccable housekeeping standards in all hotel areas according to the organization's guidelines.
• Keep assigned guest rooms clean and maintain cleanliness standards to provide excellent guest service and satisfaction.
• Stay attentive, polite, and helpful towards guests and colleagues at all times.
• Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms, public areas, executive offices, and any other assigned spaces.
• Report any issues that could impact hotel interests directly to management.

Qualifications

• Possess a positive mindset and be motivated to work cooperatively within a team environment.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills necessary for managing tasks efficiently.
• Have at least one year of related work experience in housekeeping or hospitality roles.
• Show good operational knowledge related to housekeeping services.
