• Manage guest check-outs effectively by confirming charges, processing payments, issuing receipts, and accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Offer comprehensive information about the hotel amenities, room types, rates, ongoing promotions, and local area insights to address guest inquiries.
• Actively promote hotel services through up-selling to enhance room occupancy and increase service revenue.
• Respond promptly and attentively to guest requests, resolve concerns with urgency and care, and manage messages and communications efficiently.
