About the Role

As a Guest Service Agent - Telephone Operator at Hilton in Doha, Qatar, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding hospitality. Key Responsibilities

  • Offer comprehensive information about the hotel amenities, room types, rates, ongoing promotions, and local area insights to address guest inquiries.
  • Actively promote hotel services through up-selling to enhance room occupancy and increase service revenue.
  • Respond promptly and attentively to guest requests, resolve concerns with urgency and care, and manage messages and communications efficiently.
