Role Overview
Oaks Sunshine Coast Seaforth Resort seeks multiple casual Guest Service Agents who are enthusiastic about delivering outstanding customer care. This role involves warmly welcoming guests, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, and providing valuable information on local attractions and dining. You will be recognized for your excellent service and positive attitude throughout the guest's stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage efficient check-in processes while promptly addressing inquiries or immediate needs.
- Communicate clearly and courteously with guests, team members, and other stakeholders via in-person interaction, phone, and email to ensure exceptional service.
- Manage guest bookings, modifications, and special requests accurately by utilizing property management software for seamless scheduling and availability.
- Serve as the main contact for guests during their stay by offering timely assistance, resolving issues, and recommending personalized experiences.
Shift Details
- Rotating schedule covering Monday to Sunday.
- Shifts available flexibly between 7am and 7pm.
- Immediate start opportunities.
Compensation
- Monday to Friday: $34.96 per hour (excluding superannuation)
- Saturday: $41.96 per hour
- Sunday: $48.95 per hour
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience delivering quality service in a hotel, hospitality, or customer-facing role.
- Strong communication skills to clearly and effectively convey information through various channels.
- Consistent delivery of excellent service with a proactive and positive attitude tailored to guest needs.
- Genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences through attentive service and problem resolution.
- Professional appearance and demeanor aligning with company standards and values.
- Flexibility to work dynamic schedules including weekends, public holidays, and variable shifts as needed.
