About the opportunity
This role is part of a diverse and inclusive workplace, where the focus is on delivering excellent guest experiences while supporting housekeeping operations.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out detailed cleaning of guest rooms, including changing bed linen and towels, vacuuming, dusting, replenishing guest amenities, and cleaning bathrooms thoroughly.
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to Housekeeping Management or the Engineering team.
- Respond to guest requests and communicate with guests in a professional manner.
- Stay alert to guest needs, reply quickly, acknowledge every guest, and help maintain strong guest relations and satisfaction throughout the stay.
Requirements
- Formal education is not required for this position.
- A minimum of 2 years of housekeeping experience is required.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal abilities are essential.
- Must be willing to work rotating shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and overnight shifts, as well as public holidays.
