Opportunity Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests with promptness, maintaining eye contact and a friendly smile to ensure a memorable first impression.
- Assist guests with their luggage both at the Arrival Hall and curbside for departures, always ready with trolley support.
- Interact proactively with guests, offering assistance as necessary and communicating requests to the appropriate Hotel Operations teams.
- Support the Transportation team at the airport to ensure guests experience a luxurious and important welcome.
- Recommend and promote relevant services across the integrated resort aligned with guest preferences to enhance their stay.
- Function as a Command Centre coordinator to efficiently allocate manpower, assign tasks, and maintain timely communication between AMG Ambassadors and Drivers for smooth guest arrivals and departures.
- Participate in daily briefings to exchange essential updates and property information among team members.

- Possess solid knowledge of the property, major events, and local happenings to provide accurate and valuable recommendations to guests.
- Carry out additional duties as directed by management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum education qualification of GCE O-Level or N-Level certificate.
- Certificate or diploma in hospitality management from a recognized institution is an added advantage.
- At least one year of experience in customer service roles, ideally within hospitality or tourism sectors.

- Willingness to work varying shifts, including public holidays.
- Physically able to assist with guest luggage handling.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office for dispatching tasks in the Command Centre.
- Familiarity with Opera, LDS, and WeConnect systems is preferred.
- Comfortable utilizing computer systems to assign, monitor, and track jobs as Command Centre Coordinator.
