Job Overview

This role is based at Al Najada Doha Hotel by Tivoli in Doha, Qatar. The property sits within Minor Hotels, a global hospitality group with more than 530 hotels and resorts across over 50 countries spanning Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, the Indian Ocean, Europe, and South America, through brands such as Anantara, Avani, Elewana, Oaks, NH Hotels, NH Collection, nhow, and Tivoli.

Role Summary

The Guest Service Agent is the first point of contact for hotel guests and plays a key part in delivering a smooth and welcoming stay. The position involves handling bookings, greeting arrivals, completing check-in and registration, supporting guests throughout their visit, and finalizing accounts at departure.

You will also respond quickly and professionally to guest questions, requests, and feedback, while making sure their overall experience is comfortable and satisfactory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage reservation-related tasks and ensure bookings are handled accurately.
  • Welcome guests on arrival and complete registration procedures efficiently.
  • Provide attentive service throughout the guest stay.
  • Process guest departures and settle bills and account balances correctly.
  • Address enquiries, special requests, and comments in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain a courteous, service-oriented approach at all times.

Qualifications

  • A genuine commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Previous exposure to hotel front office operations is an advantage.
  • Strong spoken and written communication abilities, with fluency in English required.
  • Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Comfort using MS Office and, preferably, modern Property Management Systems (PMS).

Additional Information

This position is on-site at the Al Najada Doha Hotel by Tivoli location in Doha. Applicants should be prepared for hospitality front office duties in a busy hotel environment.
