Job Overview

This role is based at Al Najada Doha Hotel by Tivoli in Doha, Qatar. The position sits within a large international hospitality group with properties across more than 50 countries spanning Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, the Indian Ocean, Europe, and South America.

Role Summary

The Food & Beverage Attendant serves as a guest-facing hospitality ambassador, delivering fast, polite, and attentive service. The job focuses on helping create a positive dining experience through high-quality service, smooth coordination with the wider team, and strong knowledge of the hotel’s food and beverage offerings.

Key Duties

You will work closely with colleagues across departments to keep food and beverage outlets running efficiently and on time. The role requires strong familiarity with menus, beverage options, services, and hotel facilities so guest questions can be handled confidently. Ongoing professional development is also expected to help improve guest satisfaction.
