Role Purpose

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who love engaging with guests to join us as Guest Service Agents at our spectacular Crystalbrook Byron resort. This position offers a unique opportunity to bring warmth and positivity to our guests’ stays in a stunning rainforest environment.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

• Deliver outstanding guest service with genuine care and empathy to anticipate and fulfill guest needs
• Utilize proficient computer skills, with familiarity in Opera PMS considered an advantage
• Maintain excellent attention to detail in all duties
• Possess good knowledge of Byron Bay and surrounding areas to assist guests effectively
• Demonstrate a flexible attitude to work a rotating seven-day schedule, including evenings and nights
• Exhibit a proactive, can-do approach to delivering exceptional guest experiences

Candidate Profile

We welcome applications from candidates with guest service experience, especially within the hotel industry, who are passionate about people and dedicated to creating memorable customer interactions. Both part-time and full-time candidates will be considered.
