About the Location

The role is based in Victoria, Seychelles, in a romantic tropical setting. The property sits amid ocean breezes, granite hillsides, tree-house style villas, private pools, turquoise waters at Petite Anse Bay, a hilltop spa, and sunset dining on a secluded beach. It is a destination designed for relaxation and an unforgettable guest experience.

What You Will Do

• Service guest rooms, bathrooms, and shared areas to a consistently high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
• Prepare beds, replace linens, restock guest supplies, and confirm that room equipment and fixtures are working properly.
• Follow the property’s cleaning routines and room standards to keep service quality consistent.
• Check rooms for repair needs and report any damage or faults without delay.
• Respond to guest needs quickly, politely, and with strong attention to detail.
• Keep housekeeping trolleys, storerooms, and service areas tidy and well organized.
• Care for guest property appropriately and follow lost-and-found procedures according to company policy.
• Follow all hygiene, health, and safety requirements during every shift.
• Assist with laundry and broader housekeeping tasks when needed.
• Work productively while still meeting the expected quality standards.
• Coordinate with teammates and other departments to help daily operations run smoothly.
• Follow Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and the EmPact Standards of Conduct.
• Present a professional image and consistently support the brand’s service standards.

What You Bring

• A high school education or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Prior housekeeping or similar hospitality experience is an advantage.
• Strong focus on detail and a clear commitment to cleanliness and quality.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a busy environment.
• Good spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical capability to carry out cleaning work, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
• Basic knowledge of sanitation, hygiene, and safety practices.
• A positive, team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable handling guest requests in a professional and considerate manner.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Dedication to delivering guest experiences that reflect Four Seasons standards.
