Role overview
Tiger Group’s Samaya Holiday Homes team is hiring a guest-focused Guest Relations & Reservations Coordinator in Dubai. This position is centered on managing guest communication, processing reservations, coordinating arrival and departure logistics, and helping deliver a smooth, high-quality stay experience.
What you will do
- Oversee incoming guest queries and booking activity across Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, and similar travel platforms.
- Process reservation confirmations, edits, cancellations, and guest-specific requests.
- Arrange seamless guest arrivals and departures.
- Share property details, entry guidance, and support information with guests as needed.
- Reply quickly and professionally to messages, phone calls, reviews, and complaints.
- Keep calendars updated and make sure availability and booking data remain correct.
- Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure each property is ready for guests.
- Stay in touch with guests before arrival, throughout the stay, and after checkout to support satisfaction.
- Help resolve guest concerns efficiently while maintaining service quality.
- Track occupancy and share booking patterns with management.
- Maintain accurate guest profiles and reservation records.
- Contribute to occupancy growth and guest satisfaction across the portfolio.
Requirements
- At least 1–2 years of experience in holiday homes, hospitality, hotel reservations, or customer service.
- Practical experience handling reservations and guest communication through Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, and similar OTA platforms.
- Good working knowledge of OTA extranets, reservation systems, and channel operations.
- Strong spoken and written English; Arabic is a plus.
- Solid customer service and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Comfortable managing several reservations at once in a busy environment.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and reservation management software.
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail.
Preferred background
- Prior experience supporting holiday home operations in Dubai.
- Familiarity with channel managers such as Guesty, Hostaway, Lodgify, Rentals United, or similar tools.
- Understanding of Dubai tourism rules and holiday home regulations.
