Role Overview

As a Guest Relations Agent, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and play a key role in shaping a positive stay. The role focuses on creating smooth arrivals and departures while delivering the warmth, care, and service standards associated with hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival, confirm booking and personal details, allocate rooms, provide keys, and share any welcome information or bell service support needed.
• Handle departures efficiently by checking charges, processing payments, issuing receipts, and using the point-of-sale system with accuracy.
• Stay well informed about room categories, hotel facilities, pricing, promotions, and nearby area information so you can answer guest queries confidently.
• Recommend hotel products and services through effective upselling to help increase room and ancillary revenue.
• Respond to requests promptly, address complaints with professionalism and urgency, and manage guest messages and other communications.
