Meghavi Wellness Spa is inaugurating new luxury spa outlets in Jaipur and is in search of a dynamic and highly motivated Spa Supervisor. This role is essential in delivering exceptional customer service that aligns with the Meghavi Wellness Spa’s commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure each guest experiences a warm, hospitable, and professional welcome from arrival through departure.
• Promptly address and resolve any guest complaints or concerns to their full satisfaction.
• Maintain high and consistent guest satisfaction by overseeing quality and personalized spa services.
• Promote spa treatments, packages, and retail products to increase revenue.
• Manage daily spa operations including scheduling, service delivery, and staff coordination.
• Keep accurate records of appointments, staffing schedules, and inventory management.
• Supervise spa cleanliness and organization, adhering to hygiene and safety guidelines.
• Ensure spa products and equipment are properly maintained and adequately stocked, including timely ordering.
• Monitor appropriate usage of products and ensure procedures follow safety and wellness standards.
• Control operational expenses to maximize profitability without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with management to design innovative services, packages, and promotions to boost revenue.
• Coordinate effectively with hotel front desk and guest services to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction.
• Work closely with housekeeping to maintain facilities in excellent condition.
• Partner with marketing staff to effectively promote spa services across various channels.

Qualifications and Experience

• Completed a graduate degree or intermediate level education.
• Minimum of one year experience in spa operations is required.
