About the Role
The Guest Experience Expert position at Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts in Lusail, Qatar, centers on more than just facilitating guest check-in and check-out. The key mission is crafting a unique and memorable stay for guests by proactively delivering a broad spectrum of services that assist visitors throughout their visit. Individuals in this role are empowered to act promptly and efficiently to perform various operational tasks, address guest requests, complete reports, and share insights about local highlights and events, all contributing to an enhanced guest experience.
Crucial to success in this position is maintaining a secure workplace, adhering strictly to company guidelines and procedures, respecting confidentiality, safeguarding company assets, upholding quality standards, and presenting oneself professionally through dress, appearance, and communication. The role involves constant movement—standing, sitting, and walking considerable distances—and includes physical activities like moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects weighing less than 10 pounds without assistance. Executing these duties, along with any reasonable tasks assigned, is essential to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth hotel operations.
Desired Qualifications
- Completion of secondary school education or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
