Job description

Position Overview

The Guest Arrival Expert plays a pivotal role in creating lasting first impressions as guests arrive and depart the hotel. Their responsibilities encompass delivering comprehensive support throughout the guest experience, including processing operational requests, responding to guest needs, completing reports, and sharing local highlights, thereby turning routine transactions into memorable experiences.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Facilitating smooth guest arrivals and departures with attentiveness and professionalism.
  • Proactively addressing guest inquiries and operational needs to enhance the guest experience.
  • Completing necessary reports and administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining the safety and security standards within the workplace environment.
  • Adhering strictly to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Ensuring a professional appearance in uniform and communication at all times.
  • Physically capable of standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods as needed.
  • Handling objects weighing up to 50 pounds independently and heavier items with assistance, demonstrating a hands-on approach.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum education qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent G.E.D.
  • No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
  • No specific licenses or certifications necessary.
