Role Overview

The Guest Ambassador at Cenomi Centers is dedicated to providing outstanding, guest-focused experiences within the shopping malls. As the initial point of contact for visitors, the Guest Ambassador ensures guests feel welcomed, supported, and appreciated through attentive service, efficient problem resolution, and tailored assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, serving as their reliable contact during their time at the mall.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly while maintaining high service quality.
• Contribute to guest engagement through support of promotional events and mall activities.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of mall operations, amenities, and tenant services.
• Adhere to service standards while working on rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Holding a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related disciplines is preferred.
• Prior experience in guest services, hospitality, VIP service, luxury retail, airline or concierge sectors is advantageous.
• Proficient communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Strong customer service mindset paired with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Capacity to adapt quickly and work effectively within a team environment.
