About the Role

As a GTM Recruiter at Playlist, you will be instrumental in expanding our teams that support Playlist and its global portfolio of wellness and fitness brands. You will collaborate closely with Go-To-Market leaders to identify, attract, and secure top-tier technical talent. Your responsibilities will span the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate outreach to the final offer, ensuring a strategic, empathetic, and precise hiring experience that aligns with our company values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment process for external candidates, with a strategic focus on filling high-impact G&A positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies, leveraging talent insights and market intelligence to inform decisions.
  • Ensure an exceptional and personalized candidate experience that reflects our commitment to real-world connections.
  • Proactively cultivate talent pipelines, particularly for niche, high-demand roles in competitive markets.
  • Utilize recruitment data and funnel metrics to enhance process efficiency and guide discussions with stakeholders.
  • Promote inclusive hiring practices to build diverse and high-performing teams across the Playlist organization.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for our technology division by representing Playlist at industry events and recruitment functions.
  • Work in conjunction with the People & Culture team to align hiring objectives with overarching company priorities.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Possess at least 4 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, specifically within G&A, Go-To-Market, or Sales functions.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring for challenging roles within dynamic organizations.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse) and translating data into actionable recruitment strategies.
  • Adept at balancing strategic hiring objectives with the delivery of an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Exhibit strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to influence and guide with empathy.
  • A genuine passion for developing diverse teams and promoting equity throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Comfortable collaborating across different time zones and adaptable to evolving priorities.
