Role overview

SRG is hiring a strategic Project Manager to lead go-to-market, customer success, and customer experience initiatives for a multinational software applications and SaaS business. This is a fully remote role for candidates based in Ireland, offered as a 12-month temporary contract with the possibility of extension. There is also a chance it could become permanent during the contract term, subject to business needs.

The compensation is indicated at €70,000 to €75,000, or an equivalent temp PAYE rate. The assignment is remote, but the successful candidate must remain in Ireland for the full duration of the engagement.

Scope of the role

You will own the planning and delivery of strategic work that improves customer experience and supports revenue growth through better operations, smarter processes, and data-led solutions. The portfolio is global in scope and will cover multiple projects at the same time, including process improvement work and new product launches. Key stakeholders are mainly based across Europe and EMEA.

This position is focused on the business and functional side of project delivery. It is not intended for technical or IT project managers. The emphasis is on GTM strategy, customer success, and operational improvement, including initiatives that may use chat tools, AI, automation, and similar solutions to strengthen the customer journey.

Required background

The ideal candidate is an experienced functional project manager with a proven track record in delivering GTM, sales, customer success, or customer solutions programmes. Strong knowledge of customer engagement processes, functional process improvement, and related customer operations is important.

Experience in sales or marketing strategy and operations, customer support operations, customer service delivery, customer experience, or revenue operations would be highly relevant. A modern, agile working style is preferred, along with the ability to adapt quickly in a changing environment. Experience in SaaS or B2C SaaS businesses is an advantage.

Professional certifications such as PMP, Agile, Prince2, or an equivalent project management qualification are preferred. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Airtable, Asana, and similar platforms is also desirable.

Eligibility

Applicants must already be living in Ireland for the full contract period. Sponsorship is not available. Candidates therefore need to hold EU/EEA citizenship or a valid Irish work visa.

Additional information

This role is fully remote and is aimed at candidates who can operate effectively with distributed teams. The stated working context includes global project delivery and collaboration with stakeholders across Europe and EMEA.
