Position Overview
This opportunity is offered through a partner organization seeking a skilled Growth/Performance Marketing professional based in the United States. The role entails developing and expanding performance marketing efforts within a dynamic AI-driven technology setting.
You will be responsible for devising demand generation strategies that convert market interest into a qualified enterprise sales pipeline and measurable growth in revenue. Working closely alongside founders and cross-functional teams such as sales, product marketing, and operations, you will design strategies linking marketing investments directly to revenue achievements.
The role demands a blend of strategic foresight and practical execution, emphasizing strong analytical capabilities, creativity, and an experimental approach. You will oversee campaigns across diverse marketing channels, enhance customer conversion processes, and set up scalable marketing operational frameworks.
This position is particularly suited for a growth marketer who thrives in an early startup environment and enjoys creating foundational processes from scratch.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end performance marketing strategies including the planning, launching, refinement, and scaling of paid campaigns via platforms like LinkedIn, Google, industry publications, newsletters, and account-based marketing (ABM) tools.
- Design targeted ABM initiatives aimed at enterprise decision-makers in supply chain, procurement, finance, and operations sectors.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify target accounts, enhance messaging, and develop campaigns tailored to complex enterprise buying cycles.
- Create and maintain performance dashboards linking marketing expenditures to qualified leads, pipeline generation, revenue impact, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and payback periods.
- Implement a continuous experimentation process across campaigns—testing audiences, messaging, creatives, landing pages, and conversion sequences.
- Improve visitor engagement and conversion by optimizing websites, landing pages, and digital forms targeted at enterprise buyers.
- Support event and field marketing efforts through tactical campaigns orchestrated before, during, and after key industry conferences and strategic events.
- Develop and sustain marketing operations infrastructure, incorporating CRM systems, automation workflows, attribution tools, and comprehensive reporting mechanisms.
- Oversee paid media budgets, forecasting expenditures, and deliver insights on marketing efficiency and ROI to leadership.
- Work collaboratively with content creators, designers, product marketers, engineers, and revenue operations teams to enhance campaign effectiveness and scalability.
Qualifications and Skills
- Between 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, demand generation, or a closely related field — preferably within B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, or complex sales settings.
- Demonstrated success in building and expanding demand generation or ABM programs that produce quantifiable pipeline growth.
- Comprehensive knowledge of performance marketing channels including paid social media, paid search, ABM platforms, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
- Preferred experience using platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot, Marketo, 6sense, Demandbase, or comparable technologies.
- Strong analytical capabilities to assess CAC, customer lifetime value (LTV), funnel conversion rates, ROAS, attribution models, and marketing efficiency.
- Proven ability to independently design campaigns, analyze outcomes, build dashboards, and optimize marketing performance without extensive reliance on external agencies.
- Experience targeting enterprise audiences within industries like supply chain, procurement, finance, and operations is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and writing skills to simplify complex products and technical concepts into engaging business messaging.
- Comfortable working in a fast-evolving, early-stage business environment characterized by change, ambiguity, and individual ownership.
- Highly proactive, well-organized, and data-driven, able to prioritize high-impact marketing initiatives effectively.
Benefits
- Completely remote position offering flexibility to work from any location.
- Chance to build and lead the foundational marketing function within a rapidly expanding AI technology company.
- Direct collaboration and high visibility with company leadership, sales, and product teams.
- Quarterly company-paid trips to office hubs for team building and collaboration.
- Monthly reimbursement for home internet expenses.
- Flexible vacation policy tailored to employee requirements.
- Extensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- Life insurance and disability coverage.
- Access to Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Savings Account (FSA).
- Employer-matched retirement savings plan.
- Fully paid parental leave.
- Opportunity to contribute to innovative AI technologies shaping enterprise operations.
