Role summary

This full-time Growth - Webinar & Event Coordinator position is based in New York and follows a hybrid working setup. The role is centered on planning and delivering webinars and live events that run smoothly, feel engaging, and create a strong experience for attendees.

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end planning and execution of webinars and events.
  • Handle logistics so each event is organized and runs without friction.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and outside vendors to keep delivery on track.
  • Coordinate event calendars, timelines, and schedules.
  • Communicate clearly with guests, clients, and participants throughout the process.
  • Provide a polished customer experience before, during, and after events.
  • Serve as the host for webinars and events, leading the audience experience directly.
  • Build and maintain relationships with participants and clients to increase engagement and support company growth.

Compensation

The stated pay range for this role is $120,000 to $160,000 annually, plus equity.
