About the Role
Snaplii is building the operational backbone that supports growth for one of Canada's fastest-scaling fintech and digital commerce platforms. This role is for someone who enjoys turning plans into execution, setting up systems, and helping growth initiatives run smoothly from start to finish.
This is a hands-on position that sits at the intersection of growth, product, operations, customer experience, partnerships, data, and technology. Rather than a traditional marketing role, it focuses on launching and managing initiatives that affect how users discover, engage with, and transact on the platform.
About Snaplii
Snaplii is a fast-growing Canadian fintech and digital commerce product used by a large and active user base. People use the platform to access discounted gift cards, earn rewards on day-to-day purchases, manage balances through Snaplii Cash, send and receive money, and use modern payment and financial features. The company is continuing to expand the infrastructure behind everyday digital transactions.
What You Will Do
You will support the execution of a wide range of growth programs and work closely with teams across the business to make sure campaigns and initiatives are delivered effectively.
- Plan, launch, and operate referral programs, promotions, incentives, and other growth initiatives.
- Set up and maintain in-app banners, promotional placements, pop-ups, landing pages, and campaign materials.
- Coordinate launch activities and keep cross-functional stakeholders aligned for smooth execution.
- Track campaign results and look for ways to improve performance.
- Help with onboarding, activation, retention, and re-engagement efforts.
- Run engagement campaigns through email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
- Support user segmentation and targeting efforts.
- Work on improving user journeys and reducing friction across the customer lifecycle.
- Assist with affiliate, referral, influencer, and partner-led acquisition programs.
- Coordinate campaign assets, setup, tracking, and reporting for partners.
- Review partnership applications and requests, and support partner communication.
- Monitor core growth metrics such as activation, retention, referrals, and campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance updates.
- Investigate unusual campaign results and identify improvement opportunities.
- Maintain documentation and operational workflows for growth activities.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Customer Support, Compliance, and Finance to move projects forward.
- Support testing and QA before launches.
- Track timelines and help ensure initiatives are delivered successfully.
- Improve internal processes and operational efficiency where possible.
- Use AI tools to increase speed and productivity in copywriting, reporting, documentation, and workflow creation.
- Identify repetitive work that can be automated and scaled.
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working across teams, and able to manage several priorities at once. You should be detail-oriented, data-aware, and motivated by execution rather than theory.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Growth Operations, Marketing Operations, CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, E-commerce Operations, Customer Success, Project Coordination, or a related area.
- Strong planning and project management ability.
- Clear English communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong follow-through.
- Comfort using spreadsheets and working with data.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time.
- Curiosity and a strong willingness to learn.
Nice to Have
- Background in fintech, consumer apps, loyalty platforms, rewards products, e-commerce, or digital products.
- Experience with referral, affiliate, influencer, or acquisition programs.
- Exposure to marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, or analytics tools.
- Experience using AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar systems.
- Mandarin language ability is an advantage.
