Job description
About Compass
Compass is focused on helping people discover a place to call their own. Established in 2012, the company is transforming residential real estate through a full-service platform that supports agents in delivering a strong experience to both sellers and buyers.
Role Overview
Compass is looking for a highly structured and detail-focused Marketing Operations Coordinator to help plan, coordinate, quality-check, report on, and scale Demand Generation programs across the Compass International Holdings portfolio.
In this role, you will act as the operational backbone of Demand Gen work, making sure campaigns are organized, launched correctly, tracked accurately, and improved over time across brands, channels, and markets. The right person will be proactive, quick to respond, systems-oriented, and comfortable juggling several stakeholders, deadlines, tools, and campaign details at once.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project coordination for Demand Gen campaigns, including schedules, reverse timelines, deliverables, follow-ups with stakeholders, and readiness for launch.
- Work closely with teams across Growth, Sales, Creative, Content, Legal, Analytics, and outside execution partners to keep campaigns moving.
- Handle campaign intake, briefs, trackers, launch checklists, documentation, and status updates across multiple brands and markets.
- Support the paid media and HubSpot email execution owner so campaigns are built accurately, checked thoroughly, and launched on schedule.
- Assist with quality assurance for ads, lead forms, landing pages, emails, webinar journeys, tracking links, Salesforce fields, and reporting configuration.
- Keep campaign calendars, asset repositories, naming standards, process documents, and internal workflows up to date.
- Monitor campaign results, lead volume, conversion rates, engagement, webinar attendance, and follow-up actions to surface issues and opportunities.
- Prepare concise campaign summaries, performance recaps, and operational updates for internal teams.
- Help simplify recurring processes through templates, automation, AI-enabled tools, and clearer documentation.
- Identify risks, blockers, workflow gaps, and resource constraints early, and help keep Demand Gen initiatives progressing smoothly from briefing through launch and post-campaign review.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation, campaign operations, project management, or B2B marketing support.
- Strong project coordination ability with a track record of handling multiple campaigns, timelines, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong organization, and comfort managing trackers, calendars, documentation, QA checklists, and operating workflows.
- Experience supporting multi-channel marketing efforts across paid media, email, webinars, landing pages, forms, or content-driven lead generation.
- Solid understanding of marketing systems and campaign operations, including how leads move from campaign launch into CRM and reporting.
- Comfort using tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Meta Ads Manager, project management software, spreadsheets, dashboards, or comparable systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to keep stakeholders aligned and clearly share status, blockers, and next steps.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to review campaign performance, lead flow, and conversion data.
- A proactive, responsive, and composed approach in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
- Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms to improve speed, QA, documentation, and operational efficiency.
