Job description

About Mira

Mira is a hormonal health company headquartered in San Francisco that delivers integrative care and hormone testing to more than 300,000 customers. In 2023, Inc. 5000 named the company the fastest-growing femtech business in the United States.

The company introduced the first FDA-compliant at-home hormone monitor with quantitative testing. Its goal is to make hormone information easy to access and understand, helping women make informed decisions about their health through every stage of life, including cycle tracking, family planning, hormonal concerns, and the menopause transition.

Mira focuses on better health outcomes through personalized guidance, advanced technology, and science-based insights that turn hormone data into useful everyday direction.

About the Role

Mira is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to expand current acquisition channels, explore new growth opportunities, and support international market entry.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can both define strategy and execute it. The right candidate will be highly analytical, self-directed, strong on measurement, comfortable partnering with creative and influencer teams, and able to use AI tools to work more efficiently.

The core objective is to improve NCROAS, CAC, and incremental growth across key channels and markets.

Work Setup

This is a fully remote role with a 40-hour workweek. Working hours are flexible, though some overlap with the US team is expected.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of priority paid acquisition channels and improve NCROAS, CAC, and incremental growth outcomes.
  • Spot the highest-impact opportunities within existing channels and turn them into practical improvement plans.
  • Design and run growth plans for international markets, including channel strategy, budget distribution, creative direction, offer design, funnel optimization, and measurement.
  • Find, rank, and test new acquisition paths beyond current paid media, such as influencer marketing, YouTube, CTV, Reddit, affiliates, partnerships, and other scalable channels.
  • Create clear frameworks for evaluating big experiments, including the hypothesis, budget, timeline, measurement approach, and pass/fail rules.
  • Collaborate with creative, analytics, and agency partners to translate performance insights into stronger creatives, landing pages, campaigns, and channel decisions.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in DTC e-commerce growth, paid acquisition, performance marketing, or international growth, ideally at a business with $10M+ ARR and preferably in the US or Canada market.
  • Proven, hands-on experience managing and improving paid channels such as Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, influencers, or other scalable performance channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve existing channels and uncover new growth opportunities, not just maintain current results.
  • Strong command of growth metrics including CAC, NCROAS, ROAS, MER, LTV, conversion rate, AOV, and payback period.
  • Advanced analytical ability to build reports, interpret results, and make decisions using tools such as Looker, GA4, Triple Whale, Shopify, Google Sheets, or similar platforms.
  • Solid understanding of tracking, attribution, conversion events, incrementality, and the limits of platform-reported data.
  • Independent, hands-on working style with strong prioritization skills, the ability to move quickly, and experience collaborating with creative and influencer teams while using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to improve workflows.

Selection Process

The hiring process includes four stages: an HR screening call, an interview with the department lead, an assessment task, and a final interview with the CMO and Head of Growth.

Benefits

  • Join a mission-driven femtech company that is growing quickly and working to improve women’s health and access to care.
  • Be part of an international, highly motivated team focused on creating meaningful impact.
  • Work in a fast-moving startup where your contributions directly influence growth, strategy, and decision-making.
  • Gain strong opportunities for career development and help shape teams as the company expands.
  • Enjoy a flexible, fully remote setup that encourages autonomy and ownership.
  • Receive a competitive salary plus a performance-linked bonus based on OKRs.
