Job description
Role overview
This opportunity is being shared on behalf of a partner employer that oversees the application review and hiring stages directly. The role is based in the United States and is fully remote.
The position brings together demand generation, product marketing, and revenue growth. The focus is on creating scalable, multi-channel marketing programs that contribute directly to pipeline creation and revenue performance. You will take ownership of campaign planning and delivery across digital, content, events, and lifecycle marketing while collaborating closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver measurable business results.
The work environment is fast-moving, data-led, and collaborative, with a strong focus on testing, learning, and improving performance. This role is well suited to a marketer who enjoys accountability, speed, and measurable impact, and who is energized by converting insights into growth opportunities. You will also help develop newer growth channels such as GEO and organic discovery in AI-powered search environments.
What you will do
- Plan and run integrated demand generation programs that contribute to marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline.
- Manage campaign delivery from start to finish across email, webinars, social channels, paid and organic media, events, website, and content distribution.
- Work with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to align messaging, improve funnel performance, and accelerate revenue outcomes.
- Drive growth efforts across GEO, SEO, and organic discovery channels to improve visibility and inbound interest.
- Develop audience growth programs aimed at recruiters, HR leaders, talent acquisition teams, and senior decision-makers.
- Create customer marketing initiatives that support retention, expansion, advocacy, and long-term engagement.
- Build dashboards and performance tracking frameworks to measure pipeline contribution, attribution, and conversion performance.
- Turn performance insights into practical recommendations that improve campaign results and overall business impact.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate has deep experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing and a strong track record of building integrated campaigns that deliver measurable pipeline results. You should be analytical, execution-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities across teams in a fast-paced setting.
- At least 6 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, revenue marketing, or integrated B2B SaaS campaign management.
- Clear evidence of generating pipeline and revenue impact through multi-channel marketing efforts.
- Strong analytical ability, including experience with dashboards, attribution models, and performance reporting.
- Practical experience using marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and campaign execution systems.
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to handle several initiatives at once.
- Excellent written communication skills for email, social, content, and campaign messaging.
- Ability to work independently with strong ownership and accountability for outcomes.
- Proven collaboration skills across Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Advantageous experience in marketing to HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition audiences, or exposure to GEO/SEO and thought leadership programs.
Benefits and compensation
- Competitive base pay, plus additional bonus and commission opportunities.
- Equity participation and long-term incentive plans.
- Full medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
- Flexible remote-first working arrangement.
- Paid time off, company holidays, and wellness-oriented programs.
- Learning and development allowance to encourage professional growth.
- The chance to work on high-impact growth initiatives that directly influence revenue.
- Exposure to innovative marketing approaches, including AI-driven discovery and GEO strategies.
