Role Overview
Eventeny is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to increase awareness, acquisition, and engagement through experiments and performance-focused marketing. The position combines creative thinking, analytical work, and close collaboration with other teams to find scalable growth opportunities across the customer journey.
You will partner with sales, customer success, and product teams to improve funnel efficiency, raise conversion performance, and identify channels that can scale effectively.
What You Will Do
- Create and run growth marketing plans across paid, organic, lifecycle, referral, conference, and partnership channels.
- Lead initiatives that strengthen brand visibility and bring in new customers.
- Design and improve multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified leads and support revenue growth.
- Review campaign and funnel data to spot patterns, growth opportunities, and areas that need optimization.
- Drive A/B testing and experimentation across landing pages, copy, email sequences, ads, and product journeys.
- Work with creative and content teams to develop effective growth-oriented campaigns and assets.
- Track and present KPIs such as CAC, conversion rate, pipeline contribution, ad performance, and ROI.
- Study customer behavior, market shifts, and competitor positioning to shape strategy.
- Oversee marketing automation, audience segmentation, and reporting systems.
- Guide the growth marketing function by setting priorities, defining processes, and raising performance standards.
- Coach and support team members through feedback, development, and career growth planning.
- Build a team culture centered on testing, collaboration, accountability, and ongoing learning.
Experience and Qualifications
- 3 to 6+ years of hands-on experience in growth marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make decisions and rank opportunities.
- Experience running digital campaigns through channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, email, SEO, or partnerships.
- Deep understanding of conversion rate optimization, attribution, and funnel analytics.
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional teamwork skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with frequent iteration.
- Background in SaaS, technology, or event technology is an advantage.
- Experience leading and mentoring team members while working with sales, customer success, and product teams.
- A growth-oriented mindset with a hypothesis-driven approach.
- Genuine interest in the events industry and emerging technologies.
- Strong alignment with Eventeny’s mission and the broader impact it aims to create.

Compensation
This is a full-time remote role with an annual base salary of USD 70,000. The position also includes uncapped commission potential. First-year on-target earnings are expected to fall between USD 100,000 and USD 125,000. Earnings are uncapped, with accelerators available for strong performance, and top performers may receive base salary increases over time.
