Role overview

Join the Digital Consumer Engagement Marketing team at the LEGO Group and help shape digital experiences that reach LEGO fans worldwide. In this internship, you will support growth-focused marketing activity across the LEGO digital ecosystem, gaining practical exposure to performance marketing, customer engagement, and experimentation.

You will work closely with the Growth Marketing team on campaigns, testing, creative development, reporting, and cross-functional initiatives that contribute to user acquisition, retention, and re-engagement across owned digital channels and communities.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the execution and improvement of app acquisition and other performance marketing activity across important digital channels.
  • Work with app and affiliate agencies by helping monitor performance reviews, action items, optimisation opportunities, and follow-up plans.
  • Help coordinate performance marketing tests and App Store Optimisation (ASO) experiments.
  • Assist in creating marketing assets for campaign activity.
  • Support collaboration between teams so campaigns launch on schedule and meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Track campaign results, gather insights, and help prepare performance updates.
  • Assist with marketing budget tracking, purchasing processes, and day-to-day operational tasks.
  • Collect and coordinate feedback and requirements from both internal stakeholders and external partners.

Who you will support

This position sits within a team focused on inclusive, insight-led marketing that grows the LEGO digital ecosystem. The team works across regions and markets to create meaningful digital experiences that strengthen brand connection and consumer lifetime value. In this role, you will primarily support the Senior App Growth Lead on the everyday delivery of app growth work, while also contributing to wider growth marketing projects when needed.
