Role Overview

As the sole marketing professional reporting directly to the founder, you will command the entire marketing strategy and implementations — from content creation and analytics to automation and growth operations. Your responsibilities will include determining investment-worthy channels, tracking critical metrics, identifying funnel leaks, prioritizing experiments, and streamlining or halting ineffective strategies. You will start with building a baseline from an imperfect funnel and progressively optimize performance week by week.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and achieve weekly and monthly targets for qualified signups and company activations.
• Gain full insight into the acquisition and activation funnel, from traffic generation through to completed interviews.
• Detect main conversion obstacles and execute actionable plans for improvements.
• Analyze growth data to understand causes behind fluctuations and plan subsequent steps.
• Conduct experiments testing messaging, landing pages, onboarding communications, content types, calls to action, email campaigns, channels, and activation methods.
• Implement evidence-based channel selection rather than following trends.
• Leverage AI tools and marketing automation platforms to enhance workflows beyond simple content creation, redesigning marketing processes around AI efficiency.
• Produce clear and engaging video content for platforms such as LinkedIn, TikTok, Reels, and Shorts, explaining topics like AI hiring and startup growth, with an emphasis on driving signups and user activation.

Candidate Profile

You are a numbers-driven growth marketer with a knack for analytics, constantly questioning the impact and ROI of campaigns and channels. You enjoy diagnosing issues, hypothesizing solutions, and iterating quickly. Comfortable working autonomously, you possess strong execution skills without reliance on large teams or agencies.
