- Design and execute growth initiatives across organic, paid, partnership, and referral channels to scale user base and activity.
- Track and improve business metrics including CAC, CLV, activation, churn, ARPU, and campaign ROI.
- Prepare recurring dashboards and insights for leadership on growth performance, trends, and business impact.
Required Experience and Skills
- 6 to 10 years of experience in Growth, Digital Marketing, Product Growth, or Analytics, ideally within BFSI, fintech, or digital businesses.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, trading products, and investor behavior across instruments such as Equity, Derivatives, and Mutual Funds.
- Proven ability to drive growth using experimentation, funnel improvement, and lifecycle management.
- Hands-on analytical capability with tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar platforms.
