About the Role

The sales function is responsible for driving customer growth across different markets. The team handles the full journey from prospecting through acquisition and activation, owns its market segments, and uses a practical, solution-focused approach to help customers understand the value of Revolut.

This role is for a Growth Account Executive who will use sector knowledge and strong product understanding to align customers with the right solutions and encourage adoption of new features.

Revolut is looking for someone who is driven, comfortable with challenge, and consistent in acting with integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review assigned accounts through analytical assessment to identify opportunities and strengthen customer relationships using a solution-led sales method.
  • Develop trust with customers through discovery conversations, check-ins, and timely follow-ups.
  • Understand how Revolut Business features compare within the competitive landscape and explain the company’s value clearly.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales objectives aligned with team KPIs.

What You Need

  • Strong fluency in English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including clear phone and email communication.
  • At least 2 years of experience working as an account manager.
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-moving, high-change environment.
  • A strong record in telesales or account management, with proven success in meeting sales targets.
  • Good project management and problem-solving ability.
  • An analytical approach that helps uncover opportunities others may overlook.
  • Ability to build authentic and lasting client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of Revolut Business products so you can become a key knowledge resource for the team.
  • Experience with pricing strategy, negotiation, and stakeholder influence beyond basic sales methods.
