Role Summary

This is a full-time virtual Business Development Manager position based online. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying partnership, sponsorship, and participation opportunities with hospitals, healthcare institutions, pharmaceutical companies, and other key stakeholders.

What You Will Do

  • Follow up regularly with prospects and existing contacts to move opportunities forward.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
  • Create proposals, presentations, and sponsorship materials tailored to each opportunity.
  • Manage the complete sales journey, from lead generation through to contract closure.
  • Work closely with the events, marketing, and operations teams to align business opportunities with conference themes and audience needs.
  • Track market developments and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Participate in relevant industry events to support business growth.

Candidate Profile

  • Prior experience in business development, preferably in healthcare, events, conferences, or closely related sectors.
  • Background in health-related marketing in Saudi Arabia is considered an advantage.
  • Experience preparing and presenting persuasive sales decks, proposals, and sponsorship packages.
  • Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written; Arabic is a significant plus.
  • Solid knowledge of the healthcare sector in Saudi Arabia, or the ability to quickly learn about regulatory, clinical, and market dynamics.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical marketing is an added advantage.
  • Ability to perform effectively in an online working environment.
  • Highly self-driven, target-oriented, and cooperative, with good organization and time management.
