It also requires close alignment with medical, regulatory, sales, and legal stakeholders.
Strategic planning and launch execution

- Create marketing assets such as brochures, presentations, digital content, case studies, and sales training material for field teams and KOLs.
- Lead sales planning and periodic reviews by collecting input from Regional and Country Managers and converting country-level needs into practical product plans.
- Partner with Clinical and Medical Affairs to develop and communicate evidence that supports claims and product value.
Sales and channel support
- Work closely with the sales organisation so marketing activity supports regional and country-level growth targets and improves customer engagement.
- Review product results, analyse sales information, and monitor KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and refine plans where needed.
- Maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and clinical events.
Regulatory, compliance, and approvals
- Ensure all promotional material, digital communication, and marketing initiatives comply with regulations, industry rules, and internal policies.
- Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs and Legal to secure approvals before publishing or sharing public-facing content.
Budget ownership
- Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget while using resources efficiently and prioritising spending appropriately.
