- Track product success through metrics such as fulfillment SLA, inventory health, warehouse productivity, logistics cost, order cycle time, and customer delivery experience.
Leadership and Execution
- Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, guiding strategy, prioritization, execution, and career growth.
- Encourage a team culture centered on ownership, experimentation, and customer-first thinking.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, operations, finance, and business teams to deliver products at scale.
- Run product planning, roadmap reviews, and execution across several parallel initiatives.
Executive Stakeholder Management
- Partner with senior leadership and CXOs to shape strategic programs and long-term product investments.
- Lead executive presentations, management reviews, and product governance discussions.
- Explain product direction, business outcomes, and investment priorities to leadership with clarity and influence.
- Bring business, operations, and technology stakeholders together to execute major transformation initiatives.
Experience and Qualifications
The preferred background includes 10+ years of overall product management experience, including at least 5+ years building supply chain or fulfillment products. Strong domain experience is expected in one or more of the following areas: warehousing and WMS, ecommerce logistics and transportation, order fulfillment and OMS, demand and supply planning, inventory management, or quick commerce supply chain.
Experience leading large-scale platform products in ecommerce, retail, logistics, supply chain, or consumer technology companies is valuable. The role also requires at least 3+ years of people management experience, including performance management, coaching, career development, and performance conversations.
Hands-on experience working with CXOs and senior leaders is important, along with strong executive communication skills for strategy discussions, business cases, and roadmap reviews. Candidates should be able to combine strategic thinking with strong execution in a fast-moving environment.
A strong analytical approach is needed, along with experience using data to guide product decisions. Familiarity with Agile product development is expected, as well as the ability to define product metrics, measure business impact, and prioritize investments using quantitative insights.
