This senior marketing position oversees all marketing efforts for the entire Peter Kittle group. You will craft strategies that increase showroom visits, maintain brand uniformity, and optimize business performance across eleven award-winning Toyota dealerships. Your work will be closely aligned with Toyota Australia's national standards and OEM guidelines.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and implement the annual marketing strategy for all eleven dealerships.
- Create group-wide brand standards and management tools to guarantee consistent marketing execution.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI and lead the marketing team as the chief liaison to company Directors.
- Design and execute omni-channel go-to-market campaigns for vehicle launches and retail promotions, ensuring ease of local dealership implementation.
- Maintain brand integrity across all channels and dealerships following Toyota Australia's policies.
- Plan and execute high-profile events including vehicle launches, premium customer gatherings, sponsorships, and partnerships that generate measurable business value.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts and paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Google.
- Serve as the primary marketing communicator between Directors, Dealer Principals, Toyota Australia, and external agencies to uphold quality and consistency.

Candidate Profile
- Experienced senior marketer comfortable balancing strategy creation and tactical execution.
- Prior involvement working with senior leadership and franchise/OEM marketing frameworks is preferred.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, including paid media, social channels, and CRM systems.
- Proven leadership in managing teams and agency collaborations.
- Strong organizational skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Automotive industry experience or multi-brand marketing background is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Enthusiasm for premium and lifestyle brand marketing.
- Possession of Australian work rights and a valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel across South Australia, Victoria, and New South Wales regularly, including occasional after-hours commitments for events.
