This is a senior finance leadership opportunity with a private equity-backed business in a strong growth phase. Based in Dublin with a hybrid working setup, the role has been newly introduced to strengthen strategic planning, commercial insight, and financial leadership as the company expands. The package on offer is €150,000 to €170,000, along with bonus, pension, and health benefits.

Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the CFO, this leadership position will own financial planning and decision support across the group. The role involves working closely with the executive leadership team and private equity stakeholders to improve planning, performance, and strategic visibility.
- Lead the group’s budgeting, forecasting, and wider financial planning cycle.
- Develop and maintain 3-year and 5-year strategic plans with the CFO and executive team.
- Provide high-quality financial analysis to support executive and board-level decision-making.
- Deliver commercial insight to strengthen profitability, cash flow, and operational outcomes.
- Support M&A work, investment evaluation, and business case preparation through detailed modelling.
- Build effective relationships with senior stakeholders and contribute to board and investor reporting.
- Track competitor moves, market developments, and macroeconomic changes to support planning.
- Improve FP&A processes, reporting quality, KPI design, and performance management tools.
