Role Summary

This full-time, on-site role in Accra is responsible for leading the overall performance and day-to-day functioning of several dental clinics. The position is centered on keeping operations efficient, supporting business growth, and ensuring patients receive excellent care.

Key Duties

The Group General Manager will coordinate teams, put operational procedures into practice, oversee financial planning and performance, and ensure that the clinics remain compliant with relevant regulations. The role also involves shaping initiatives that improve customer experience and working closely with clinic managers to deliver organizational targets and informed business decisions.

The ideal candidate should bring strong leadership capability, experience in guiding teams, and the ability to support organizational growth. A solid grasp of budgeting, revenue improvement, and expense management is important, along with strong analytical thinking and sound judgment. Effective communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills are essential.

Additional Requirements

Applicants should understand healthcare operations, standards, and compliance in a clinical environment. Comfort using Microsoft Office and other business tools is expected. Previous experience in a managerial or operational capacity is required, ideally in healthcare or another service-based sector. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline is needed, while an MBA or similar advanced qualification would be an added advantage.
