Role Overview
This position is intended for a senior finance leader who can steer group-wide financial direction and governance, with a clear progression toward a future CFO track.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the group’s financial direction, long-term planning, and governance framework.
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, profit and loss oversight, treasury management, and cash flow efficiency.
- Develop board-ready financial dashboards, MIS reports, and strategic business insights.
- Support fundraising initiatives, investor communication, mergers and acquisitions, and financial due diligence.
- Maintain statutory compliance, corporate governance standards, and audit preparedness.
- Recruit, guide, and develop a strong finance team.
- Lead ERP implementation, finance automation, and continuous process enhancements.
Preferred Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be a CA from ICAI or hold an MBA in Finance from a reputable institution, with at least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in finance. Prior exposure to Healthcare, Diagnostics, Biomedical Equipment, Hospital Management, or MedTech is mandatory.
Strong hands-on capability is expected in financial planning, treasury, budgeting, and profit and loss management, along with experience in fundraising, M&A, investor relations, and financial modelling. The role also calls for a solid understanding of corporate governance, taxation, audit, and regulatory compliance.
Leadership experience managing finance teams across multiple locations is required.
Preferred Experience
- Background in MedTech, HealthTech, or pharmaceutical devices.
- Working knowledge of ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, and Tally, as well as business intelligence tools.
- Familiarity with NABH, NABL, and financial processes within healthcare operations.
- Demonstrated success in digital finance transformation and automation of workflows.
