Job description
Role Overview
This is a senior executive opportunity in Qatar for a Group CEO to steer a diversified automotive business portfolio. The role sits at the top of the organization and covers three core lines of business: vehicle sales and showroom operations, car protection and detailing services, and car rental plus fleet management.
Business Areas Covered
- Oversee new and pre-owned vehicle sales, showroom performance, inventory, listings, lead management, and customer follow-up.
- Lead premium car care and protection services such as paint protection, thermal insulation, polishing, upholstery work, dent repair, and related detailing activities.
- Direct rental bookings, fleet usage, maintenance coordination, pricing, contract handling, and customer service for the rental business.
Key Accountabilities
- Take direct ownership of all operating units and ensure they move toward stronger growth and profitability.
- Improve sales outcomes, streamline day-to-day operations, and tighten financial discipline across the group.
- Guide and support teams while setting a clear leadership direction for the organization.
- Enhance customer experience across all business lines.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to modernize processes and improve business performance.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in senior management is required.
- Hands-on exposure to the Qatar market is essential.
- Background in the automotive sector is preferred, though strong leadership experience across multiple businesses may also be suitable.
- Demonstrated ability to personally manage sales, operations, finance, teams, and business expansion.
- A strong commercial approach combined with practical leadership style is expected.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is necessary.
- Candidates should either be based in Qatar or have substantial working experience in Qatar.
