Role Overview
Wolt Market is Wolt’s supermarket brand focused on delivering an easy and seamless shopping experience through the Wolt platform. As a Grocery Associate, you will be the heart of Wolt Market stores in Baku. Your duties involve gathering orders, packaging grocery items, and preparing them for pickup by courier partners or customers. This full-time role requires a 40-hour workweek and offers the pride of being part of a dynamic and fun team that approaches everyday tasks with extraordinary dedication.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process orders using the Merchant application.
- Pick and pack groceries accurately to fulfill customer and courier requests.
- Maintain precise records in internal systems regarding food products and allergen information.
- Ensure store organization, discipline, and cleanliness standards are upheld.
- Participate actively in improving daily store operations.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Ability to learn swiftly and multitask effectively.
- Proactive and customer-service oriented mindset.
- Positive attitude with eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with technology and digital tools.
- Availability to work daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.
- Previous experience in retail or store environment is advantageous.
- Fluency in Azerbaijani is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Must have the legal right to work in Azerbaijan.
