Position Overview

Deer Park Golf invites applications for two permanent full-time Greenskeeper roles to join a committed and professional team. The club is enhancing its course infrastructure and staff development, aiming to be recognised among the finest parkland golf courses in Dublin. Successful candidates will collaborate closely with the Course Superintendent and the greenkeeping team, contributing to comprehensive course maintenance. The environment is friendly and supportive, offering flexibility with holidays and weekends. Machinery upgrades are currently underway.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Possession of a full, valid driver's license
• Highly motivated with a constructive and positive mindset
• Professional, dependable, and a team player
• Flexible availability for early mornings, weekends, and bank holidays, with weekend overtime typically involving one morning every 2 3 weeks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Preferably 2-3 years of relevant experience; applications from both newly qualified and seasoned candidates are welcome
• Qualifications in Sportsturf Management, Agronomy, Horticulture, or equivalent preferred
• Spraying certificates (PA1, PA2, PA6) are advantageous
• Chainsaw or pole saw certification is a plus
• Ability to work effectively under supervision within a team
• Strong focus on detail and quality
