Role overview
This is a full-time, permanent creative position based in North Sydney for a design-led education business. The role suits a hands-on creative professional who enjoys balancing strategy with execution across content, social media, brand communication, and visual design.
You will help shape how the brand appears across digital and print channels, creating visually strong and engaging work that supports audience growth, brand awareness, and consistent communication. The role calls for someone who is comfortable working across graphics, short-form video, copy, and social content, while keeping everything aligned to current trends and brand standards.
What you'll do
- Plan and produce engaging content for digital, social, and print platforms
- Manage content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and newer channels as they emerge
- Create short-form video assets such as reels and social-first content
- Design campaign materials, marketing collateral, and brand communication pieces
- Protect a polished and consistent visual style across every customer touchpoint
- Contribute to growth in audience reach, engagement, and brand visibility
- Develop content for both internal messaging and external communications
- Use AI-based tools to support ideation, content creation, and workflow productivity
- Track content, design, and social trends to spot new opportunities
- Make sure all output supports the organisation’s communication goals and brand direction
What the role asks for
- Strong graphic design ability with a sharp sense of layout, typography, and visual storytelling
- Proven experience creating content for multiple digital and social channels
- Confidence using Adobe Creative Suite or comparable design tools
- Hands-on experience producing social content and short-form video
- Solid understanding of how major social platforms work and what performs well on them
- Comfort with AI tools for creative work, or a clear willingness to learn them
- Strong writing skills, especially for concise and engaging copy
- Good attention to detail and the ability to juggle several projects at once
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A portfolio demonstrating graphic design, social content, and digital creative work
