Job Summary
Helic & Co. is looking for a creative Graphic Designer who can craft strong visual assets for both online and offline use. The role focuses on turning concepts into polished designs that support brand consistency and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality visuals for digital and print channels, including social posts, websites, brochures, advertisements, and presentations.
- Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to shape creative ideas and campaigns.
- Protect and develop the brand look and feel so all materials remain visually consistent.
- Build layouts, illustrations, and graphics that communicate messages clearly and effectively.
- Prepare final artwork for printing and for digital distribution.
- Handle several design assignments at once while keeping to agreed deadlines.
- Keep current with design trends, tools, and modern creative practices.
- Update and improve designs based on review comments and feedback.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a similar discipline is expected.
- A strong portfolio is required to show both creative thinking and technical ability.
- Applicants should be comfortable using Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Good knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles is important.
- The role calls for strong creativity, a sharp eye for detail, and a careful approach to work.
- Good communication and teamwork skills are needed.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with motion graphics or video editing tools such as After Effects and Premiere Pro is an advantage.
- Understanding of UI/UX design concepts is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of web design, including HTML and CSS, is a plus.
- Experience with Figma, Sketch, or Canva would be helpful.
