Role Overview
The Graphic Designer position supports the Creative Engagement & Events Team by creating and implementing marketing and communication visuals. This role includes designing for both digital and printed media such as social graphics, infographics, presentations, point-of-sale campaigns, and event-related materials. Collaborating with various internal teams and external partners, the designer ensures cohesive brand representation across all channels while continually adopting new design trends and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and produce marketing visuals for diverse formats including social media, presentations, proposals, trade shows, and event graphics.
- Maintain consistent adherence to brand guidelines across all creative outputs.
- Work collaboratively with Communications, Product Marketing, Sales teams, and outside vendors to meet business goals through creative solutions.
- Simultaneously handle multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards under demanding schedules.
- Keep updated with design trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative improvements enhancing creative effectiveness.
- Prepare final design files for print, digital, and large-scale event presentations.
- Offer design support for corporate initiatives, branded campaigns, and product promotions.
- Identify and implement workflow improvements and new tools to increase efficiency and creative quality.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1 to 4 years of professional design experience within agency or corporate settings.
- Proven capability to create marketing materials spanning digital, print, social media, and large-format applications.
- Experience managing multiple projects under pressure and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Strong grasp of design fundamentals including typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Skill in preparing files suitable for printing, online publication, and large-format graphics.
- Awareness of social media platforms and digital design best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication skills with professional interaction across organizational levels.
- Consistent application of brand standards across multiple media.
- Understanding of industry developments and new design technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing sales or executive presentations that distill complex concepts into clear, engaging visuals.
- Familiarity with creating scalable templates for presentations across teams.
- A willingness and ability to rapidly learn new design tools and methodologies.
Physical and Work Environment
The role involves typical office activities such as sitting, standing, walking, bending, computer operation, and requires good close and distance vision with focus adjustments.
